What we collect
When you fill in the booking form: your name, phone number, the experience you chose, your preferred date, the number of people and any notes you add.
General information about your visit: the page you landed on and where you came from (for example Google or Instagram), so we know what brings people to us.
Why we use it
To contact you, confirm your booking and arrange the date — and to improve our service.
When you tap “Send request via WhatsApp”, a ready message opens in WhatsApp and you send it yourself.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand overall website usage (such as visitor numbers and the most visited pages). These tools may use cookies, which you can block in your browser settings.
Storing and deleting your details
Booking requests are stored securely with our hosting provider and are only seen by Captain Majed.
